Notice - Helping Hands Adoption Mediation Agency - Accreditation for HAITI
Previously, the Adoption Authority of Ireland, pursuant to Section 127 of the Adoption Act 2010, added the Republic of Haiti to the list of countries stated in the Register of Accredited Bodies to which this registration relates.
The following Fee Schedule has been recently agreed -
Payments to the Haitian Central Authority (IBESR) -

| Dossier Fee | $1,365* |
| Placement Fee | $7,760* |
| Final Fee | $3,435 |
| TOTAL FEES | $15,860 |
*Payments in Haiti are paid in Haitian Gourdes (HTG). The above fees are stated in $US and are solely indicative. Currency fluctuations may apply. Check with HHAMA for updates.
Flights to, and accommodation, transport and security in Haiti (Car/Driver) are NOT included in the above fees.
Discussions on an optional Local Development Aid Programme are ongoing.
The HHAMA Common Programme Fee of €9,500 also applies.
DELEGATION OF FUNCTIONS
Pursuant to Article 22 of the 1993 'Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of intercountry Adoption' (HC-93), the Adoption Authority of Ireland has delegated those functions outlined in Articles 15, 16 and 17 (in part) of HC-93 to Helping Hands Adoption Mediation Agency in respect of adoptions from the Republic of Haiti.
