The Adoption Authority of Ireland (AAI) as the Central Authority in Ireland under The Hague Convention of 29 May 1993 on Protection of Children and Co-operationin Respect of Intercountry Adoption has accredited Helping Hands Adoption Mediation Agency (HHAMA) to facilitate adoptions from the Philippines.

HHAMA has sought accreditation in the Philippines and is awaiting a visit from the Filipino authorities as part of the Filipino accreditation/due diligence process. The Authority is not therefore, currently in a position to give a time frame for the hand over to HHAMA, but will update its website with any developments in this process.
