Barnardos Post Adoption Service has now expanded to offer its services nationally to children and teenagers adopted both internationally and domestically and to their parents.

There are now three Barnardos Post Adoption Centers based in Dublin, Cork and Galway.

In addition an adult therapeutic support service is available from Barnardos nationally to people who were incorrectly registered as if born to their adoptive parents . This service is also available to adopted adults and birth family members with counselling needs on referral from TUSLA.
