The Corporate Services Unit provides support functions, systems and structures to the organisation. The unit’s main functions include:

• Accreditation
• Finance
• Procurement
• Building and Facilities Management
• Communications and Public Relations
• Health and Safety

Corporate Services is also responsible for coordinating business and organisational planning and reporting, coordinating risk management, corporate governance, including internal audit and providing secretarial support to the Board of the Adoption Authority. The unit monitors and reviews the organisation’s obligations under law, regulation and guidelines; disseminating information and supporting the implementation of requirements into the day to day working of the organisation to ensure compliance.
