Accreditation Survey
The survey below is intended to assist organisations in deciding whether their activities require accreditation under Part 13 of the Adoption Act, 2010 (sections 125 to 135 refer). When we receive your completed survey response, we will advise you of any next steps required of you in respect of accreditation. Please read and consider each question carefully before responding, as our advices to you will be based on the accuracy of the information supplied to us.
